TAG is a comprehensive maintenance plan for each computer in an organization. The maintenance plan guarantees the insured system against all hardware and software issues. Basically, if something goes wrong with your system all labor related charges for insured systems will be waived under this plan. Any software or hardware purchases will be made available at your normal discounted rate.

Simple! $50 per user system per month, $300 per server per month, and $20 per month for network equipment.
What if we add people and computers?
TAG is structured to accommodate your business as it grows or in the unlikely event, downsizes. Systems can be brought into and taken out of the TAG maintenance plan depending on how your business responds to the changing world. A nominal $10 fee per device is levied to audit and prepare the device for inclusion in the TAG program. If you add people to existing systems then there is no charge.
TAG covers all connected peripherals including: Scanner Configuration, Printer Configuration, Speakers, Mice, Keyboards, Multi-monitor, Battery Backup Units, and additional peripherals as identified.
